Requirements:- Max age 30 years old
- Graduates from a reputable University, Majoring in Psychology GPA Min 3.00
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as same position
- Knowand be able to use the tools of psychology test
- Able to conduct mass recruitment
- Have good negotiation skills with all levels of Candidate
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with people effectively
- Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self motivated, discipline
- Willing to Traveling
