Service Engineer (Location : Jakarta)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

•     Installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment at customer’s site.
•     Liaise with Sales Department on service needs.
•     Facilitate and resolve customers’ technical and quality issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication.
•     Establish detailed field service reports after servicing of equipment.

Requirements:

•     Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•     Preferably 2 – 3 years working experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab environment.
•     Possess good analytical skill in troubleshooting.
•     Good communication and interpersonal skills
•     Must be a team player.
