Quality Management System (QMS) Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain systems to establish standard relating to activities
- Develop and maintain system to measure performance against established standard
- Monitor performance (in relevant area) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/ advice/ assist/ according to performance levels.
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all the departments.
- Manage and archive all documents based standards validation and distribution
- Updating the standards document and distribute to relevant work units
Requirements:
Male, age 25 - 32 years old
S1 from Business, Management or Economy
2 + years experience in the same position
Understand Business Process, Quality Management, ISO related :
- Understand the ISO document control
- Knowledge of Quality Management System Standard ISO
- Understanding ofTQM, TQC and QCC
- Understanding of theInternal Quality Audit
- The ability tocreate systems and procedures (SOP)
Having leadership, confident, excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills and Interpersonal skills.
Having good proficiency in English, proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS word, MS Excel and MS Power point
Available to work immediately
