•      Maximum 28-year-old man
•      Health Education minimal D3 or agricultural
•      Have a C or a sim SIM A
•      Willing to work in the field
•      Understanding of IPM (pest, equipment and chemicals)
•      Capable of leading the team with the target job
•      Willing to be placed in areas of Central Java and DIY
