Dwimakmur Primatamas is transportation services company who concentrate for hauling the coal and bauxite produced by several leading mining companies in Indonesia. Along with its development, Dwimakmur Primatamas is seeking suitably qualified and expereience personnel for the following positions :

Plant Manager
Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

•     Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projection and make decision accordingly
•     Deep knowledge about all the entire maintenance activity of unit (European Truck, Excavator, Grader, Vibro, etc)
•     Control and monitor, Maintenance activity at all site DMP (Spare Part Consumption, Fuel, tire, etc)
•     Ensure Plant Department KPI’s are achieved

Requirements:

•     Minimal Bachelor Degree from Automotif/Mechanical Engineering
•     At least 5 years of working experience as Plant/Workshop Superintendent, or 3 years as Plant/Workshop Manager
•     Excellent people management skill and and exceptional communication skill
•     High motivate, discipline, and dynamic with good personality and always seek best solution to solve problem
•     Good knowledge about european truck and sparepart analysis
•     Understand HSE matter and regulations
•     Fluent in spoken and written English
•     Able to operating ms. Word, ms. Excel & Power point
